What does rugby have to do with political cartoons and The Economist?

Cartoons

Marco found his way into drawing political cartoons through a sporty detour. After arriving in Vienna, he resumed his school sport and played on a rugby team. Among the team members was the publisher of “Business Central Europe,” a new specialist magazine from the publishing house of the business magazine “The Economist.” During training, Marco was offered the opportunity to create cartoons for the first issue. The drawings were a success, and many more would follow in the years to come.
